  7. The UNS gateway is a multiport UNIX e-mail and document gateway based on X.400
  8. which provides management for and translation between various mail systems.
  9. Mail protocols supported include X.400, SMTP, MHS, cc:Mail, SNADS, FAX, and
  10. Microsoft Mail. These are separately priced, selectable modules which are able
  11. to be linked in any combination within a 80386/486 processor to provide full
  12. gateway functionality. UNS is based upon a X.400 MTA, and adds SMTP network
  13. management and e-mail address administration facilities, in addition to its
  14. gateway functions. It also incorporates a X.500 directory server function. A
  15. Microsoft Windows 3.X-based X.400 user agent and a X.500 directory user agent
  16. are separately priced options.
